About Me
Meegan May is an emerging writer and former military intelligence analyst. As a queer, neurodiverse artist living with chronic illness, Meegan is passionate about creating diverse characters in her work. She loves sci-fi, straddling the line between comedy and drama, and writing across different forms.
She's been lucky enough to work in development across some of the biggest current and upcoming Australian TV shows and you can see and hear her writing on the stage with THE COUNTDOWN in 2023, and online with STARSHIP Q STAR releasing soon.
While she'll always be a Tassie girl at heart, Meegan currently lives in Melbourne with the two loves of her life - her wife, writer/producer Lauren Anderson, and their cat Ginsberg.
