Starship Q Star
6 x 30 minute Audio Drama
Co-Creator, Writer, Producer
A queer comedy sci-fi audio series, STARSHIP Q STAR follows ex girlfriends SIM and AURELIA as they attempt to Co-Captain their crew through the universe in search of a new home. Meegan created STARSHIP Q STAR alongside her Co-Captain in life, wife and fellow screenwriter, Lauren Anderson. They endeavoured to create a show that asked, what would happen if STAR TREK and THE L WORD had a weird, hilarious baby?
The show has rocketed up the Apple Podcast Charts around the world, including:
#1 in Fiction in Australia
#1 in Comedy Fiction in more than 60 countries including Australia, Great Britain, and Canada
We are also thrilled to have been featured on Apple Podcasts Australia NZ twice - on release, and for WorldPride in Sydney; and Spotify ANZ twice as well - For Fresh Finds: Fiction and SciFi Club.
